Services and prices
The services, their content and their prices are those shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF).
Payment
Payment is made in advance through Stripe, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The service begins once we receive payment.
Guide and digital content
The full guide is delivered in digital format. As it is digital content that you receive instantly, by purchasing it you agree to its immediate delivery and, once delivered, it cannot be refunded.
Private meetings
- They take place by video call or in person, as agreed.
- You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. With less notice, or if you do not show up, the meeting is considered to have taken place.
- The meetings in the 4- and 8-meeting packs must be used within 12 months of purchase.
Packs with a deliverable
With the Jobs Pack, the Flat Dossier and the Guided Flat Search, we deliver the agreed work to you. If you are not satisfied, we will make the reasonable adjustments you ask for. Once work has started, the amount corresponding to the part already completed is not refunded.
Access to PromptWorkAI
The meeting packs and the Jobs Pack include free access to PromptWorkAI, which is governed by its own terms.
What we cannot guarantee
We help you prepare as well as possible, but we cannot guarantee that you will get a specific job, flat or permit: that depends on third parties (companies, landlords and authorities).
Insurance
Arranging your insurance through our partner brokerage is free of charge for you. You sign the insurance contract directly with the insurer, under its terms.
